This Park introduction is a cross between  Pardanthopsis  and Belamcanda

Belamcanda chinensis  is a wildflower from china that looks almost identical but the new cross has a much larger color range.
Foliage looks like the leaves of Iris but is less sturdy

    

 

Listed in most references as hardy in zones 5 - 10 but has survived north country winters with -40 degree temperatures A beautiful flower but it pretty much has to be considered an "annual" this far north
