Rabbit Freeze Frame
Fight or Flight? Nope, not when to comes to these long eared, flat footed, fur bearing varmints. They just freeze. That survival reflex must work for them or there wouldn’t be any left to do it.

Tail Feathers
The Canadian Goose family has the right idea – leave before the intruder starts trouble.

A Holesome Abode

Regarding the Canadian geese, if you have noticed a flock of them in a field, there are those who graze and those whose heads are up, watching — the sentries…alerting to the intruders, too!

I shall not vote for the pciture. But the bungalow it built on your land is so extra special. You really own a big full of luck on this.

Oh, I’m just a sucker for bunnies, although the toad pic is most unique.

Damn rabbits! They make me walk a long ways in order to chase them of because they just won’t move. I know the obvious solution is to throw something, or invest in a cannon, but…. There was actually a nest or whatever you call it in our lamb’s ears that spawned at least three more varmints last week.

Rabbits must be the ultimate victim for predators. Maybe that’s why they need to reproduce so quickly. I hate it when the dogs see one when I’m out walking them on leash. The dumb bunnies sit there until we get really close and then the dogs just have to lunge at them.
The geese photo is beautiful. I really enjoy their family groups.
