What goes well with Wild Parsley? From the looks of these photos it must be flies.

A fly in the genus Toxomerus sits on some Wild Parsley flower buds. Without a top view of the abdomen and seeing the markings a positive identification can’t be made.

Fly - Toxomerus

A more familiar looking fly at least cooperated and sat still long enough to get a couple shots of it. No ID but some up close and in your face photos.

Nothing special to see here.

That fly looks very much like a blue orchard bee.
