That’s a cool picture! It makes me glad I’m not a hunter. I wouldn’t want those eyes looking back at me. Maybe through a camera though.

    Ratty,
It was another OOPS moment. A bad photograph turns out to be a cool image. Too bad deer don’t have laser eyes. Food is one thing but I don’t see the sport in hunting unless the odds are even :)

It looks demonic and I have the urge to scream “Get behind me Satan!” at it.

    MrBrownThumb,
I wouldn’t say anything while leaving it as far behind me as I could get.

I think it is wonderful to get such a good picture at night. What a joy to capture it on film. Have a great day.

    Grammy,
It was a goof move on my part. I had the camera set on macro and the flash on. It actually was still light out and I was taking a photo of a wild cucumber pod when I noticed the deer. That was the result before I remembered to change the camera settings.

    Not kidding.

    Coffee is on.

    peppylady,
    I’ll bring doughnuts.

Bambi never looked so good — better hide tho, deer season will soon be upon us and hey, vension is good any time of the year!

    Nice photo!

    bamapat,
Be careful when you go out to walk – bow season is open. I wouldn’t want to see you end up in someone’s freezer.
