Ever wonder what goes through a cow’s mind?

KISS cow

OK I admit It. I can’t read a cow’s mind. I just wanted an excuse to post these images.

That’s cool! I was just looking at cows myself.

As far as what goes through a cow’s mind. I used to think all they did was lumber around. Then I saw a farmer getting ready to feed his cows, and they started hopping around in anticipation, like a bunch of happy puppies.

That last cow could be the twin of Gene Simmons.

    Ratty,
I like the way they look back with those big moo eyes.

It’s when they try to jump up on you that I have to draw the line. I still haven’t been able to teach one to ‘sit’.

Who knows, may be they’re related.

I do love your writing style and your sense of humor.

    mimmylynn,
Thanks. It’s really not a style – just a train of thought that usually gets derailed. I can’t find the switch to divert any random intelligent thoughts I might have into words.

And what does your third daughter look like?

    Hey Leo,
Ginger looks like she’s going to pop any minute. Good things come in threes – 3 daughters and soon, very soon 3 grand daughters :)

I didn’t think you would come here if I told you it was poetry!!” – You know me better than I thought. (not sure ‘you know who’ has your site address – I’ll make sure she sees)

I’m telling the other two what you said. Now you better go hide. – You know them

Hi, I am an artist and trying to find a picture of a black cow or bull with a white face, possibly laying down. I love the close up photo here, would you let an artist use it? Do you have any more? I’m located in Eugene Or. and yes we have cows here too, I don’t have alot of time to hunt one down. Thanks for considering it. Diane

    Diane
Glad you liked the Kiss Cow and asked. I’m more than happy to give you permission to use any photo you like. All I ask in return is a pic of the finished work to satisfy my curiosity.

Hi John,Thank you I’m really anxious to paint it, but I’m not able to copy it off the web site. It wants to print everything, can you give me a hint as to how to do it? Sorry to be a bother!
I’d be more than happy to send you a picture when done. If your curios to see some of my work, you can go to Attic Gallery Portland Oregon look under artists names for Diane Lewis. I don’t have any of my animals there, but have landscape and still life.
Do you take alot of pictures? If so of what mostly?
Thanks again!! Looking forward to hear from you, Diane
