GREAT shots, especially the goose! Very nice of you to offer them to folks as desktop backgrounds and such.

Lisa,
I'm lucky to give them away. I get all the fun and satisfaction of getting a lucky shot and everyone else gets a chance to be jealous.

It amazing how geese sure seem to be comfort in the snow.
I guess there down is just the ticket.

Coffee is on.

peppylady,
Someday I should tell the story how I lived in a Tepee one winter and used a good down sleeping bag to keep me warm in subzero temps. Now I wish I had the same type of circulation in my feet so they'd stay warm.

Wow, you truly are getting some great shots and hey, it's not all due to the camera, the operator plays a major role here too.

Loved the flying turkeys, that is a hard shot to get..I know, I've tried.

Enjoy and keep snapping away...

bamapat,
My secret - take 100 photos and hope one comes out. Then take the one and crop the junk out of it.

It looks like the sky is going to clear today and the temps stay decent so I'll be doing a little more snapping. I should head to Stone Valley and see what the Raquette River looks like.
